 Achievements have been demonstrated in direct, indirect and retail sales channels, international product marketing and project management, OEM manufacturing relationships, management and operations.  Developed and implemented plans in North American, European and Asia-Pacific markets.  Frequently exceeded revenue, profit and unit growth objectives with combined results routinely outpacing the market and competitors.

Sales & Marketing

  • Developed and managed sales team strategies for account acquisition, development and retention

Product & Project Management

  • Selected for Harris Dealer Council and Nautique Roundtable to guide product design, technology selection and launch plans based on market opportunities and competitive position
  • Managed server/storage, desktop and portable products at Dell, IBM and Compaq through year-over-year growth rates that exceeded 300% in diverse market segments and geographies around the globe
  • Achieved first ever #1 market ranking for IBM with creation and launch of new ThinkPad product line, coordinating initial design and production with third-party manufacturers for the first two model introductions
  • Developed and implemented the Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE) Program to educate and certify over 15,000 Dell Service Provider technicians and 35,000 self-maintainer customer technicians
  • Created launch to end-of-life plans for numerous server, desktop and portable products that included cost reduction, forecasting, pricing, sales/marketing program, sales and service training and advertising/PR plans

  • Recruited, trained and managed managers and individual contributors with international responsibility
