Exceeding expectations is the core of my internal drive and the root of my approach to delivering results.  Marine and technology industry market leaders recognized my ability to be a fast learner, a risk taker, a problem solver, a cross-functional planner and an effective communicator.  Companies have depended on me to master existing and newly-created internal facing and external facing positions across key business functions with global reach.

Born and reared in Michigan at the footsteps of the automotive industry.  Among the many great moments of spending time with my dad, one of the most memorable was learning he patented the Controlled Coupling HydraMatic transmission for GM.  During my early impressionable years I was exposed to the engineering side of designing, prototyping and manufacturing vehicles.  My curiosity and interest in the process of bringing a product to market, establishing a market leading position and successfully selling against the competition was born.

The winds of change have taken me to remarkable places around the globe, including an expatriate assignment in Munich, Germany for just over two years.  My core belief of being engaged in activities that are mentally and physically challenging, and spiritually fulfilling, resulted in a professional transition from an amazing career in the technology industry to the marine and boating industry.  My happy place has always been on the water, whether a beautiful inland lake, the Gulf or the ocean.
